PandaDoc pricing, explained
What every PandaDoc plan costs, monthly and annual, what each tier unlocks, the real bill for a team of 1, 3 and 10, and who PandaDoc is the right tool for.
The short answer
What does PandaDoc cost?
As of September 2026, per PandaDoc’s pricing page, PandaDoc pricing has four plans: Free at $0 for 5 documents a month, Starter at $19 per seat per month billed annually ($35 month to month), Business at $49 per seat per month billed annually ($65 month to month), and Enterprise, priced by quote per seat or per document. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial.
Annual billing saves up to 46%, which is the gap between $19 and $35 on Starter. Prices exclude tax, and plans change, so treat this as a September 2026 snapshot and check pandadoc.com/pricing before you buy.
The plans
PandaDoc’s plans, and what each one unlocks
PandaDoc prices paid plans per seat, per month, with annual billing as the headline number. The line that matters most sits between Starter and Business: that is where proposals, branding and pricing tables live.
Free
$0
for you and your team
“For small businesses who need professional eSign without the price tag.” 5 documents a month, a limit shared across the account. Up to 5 templates, the drag and drop editor, e-signatures, and real-time tracking and notifications. No custom branding, pricing tables or payments.
Starter
$19 or $35
per seat / month, annual or monthly*
“For quickly creating and signing forms and agreements.” Unlimited document uploads and e-signatures, up to 5 templates, themes, editing in Microsoft Word, expiration alerts, and real-time tracking and notifications.
Business
$49 or $65
per seat / month, annual or monthly*
“For sales proposals and integrated agreement workflows.” Adds unlimited templates, custom branding, a content library, pricing tables, a product catalog, payment collection, CRM integrations, approval workflows, recipient analytics and up to 3 deal rooms.
Enterprise
Quote
per seat or per document*
“For end-to-end document workflows and advanced automations.” Adds CPQ (configure, price, quote), workflow automation, smart content, single sign-on, team workspaces, custom user roles, unlimited rooms and notary.
*Per pandadoc.com/pricing, September 30, 2026. The lower price is per seat per month billed annually; the higher is month to month. Prices exclude tax. Quotes are PandaDoc’s own plan descriptions.
Starter is not a proposal plan. It gives you unlimited uploads and e-signatures, but custom branding, the content library, pricing tables, payment collection, CRM integrations, approval workflows, recipient analytics and auto reminders are all Business features. If you picked PandaDoc to send proposals, Business is the plan you are really pricing.
Some features cost extra on top of the seat. PandaDoc marks web forms, bulk send, the Salesforce integration and API use as needing usage credits. Per PandaDoc, a usage credit is spent when a document is created through an integration or automated workflow, such as the API, Zapier, Make, forms or bulk send. Starter and Business include trial credits for first-time customers; after that you buy a recurring credit pack. On Enterprise, CPQ, workflow automation and notary are also marked as needing credits or a paid add-on.
Check the document limit that applies to you. The plan table lists unlimited documents created in the PandaDoc app on every paid plan. The pricing FAQ also lists overage rates for accounts that reach a document limit: $3.50 per document on Starter monthly, $2 on Starter annual and $2.60 on Business monthly. If you send in volume, ask PandaDoc which one applies before you commit.
The free question
Is PandaDoc free?
Yes, within limits. The free plan is $0 “for you and your team” and covers 5 documents a month, a limit shared across the account. Documents created through the API count toward the same 5. You get up to 5 templates, the drag and drop editor, e-signatures with signing order and an audit trail, real-time tracking and notifications, and email and chat support.
What the free plan leaves out is most of what a proposal needs: custom branding, pricing tables, payment collection, recipient analytics and CRM integrations are Business features. For signing a handful of agreements a month, free is a real plan. For sending branded proposals, it is a trial of the editor.
The real bill
What PandaDoc costs for 1, 3 and 10 people
Per-seat pricing means the bill grows with every person who sends. Here is the list price for each paid plan, before tax and before any usage credits.
| Team size | Starter, annual | Starter, monthly | Business, annual | Business, monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 person | $228/yr | $35/mo ($420/yr) | $588/yr | $65/mo ($780/yr) |
| 3 people | $684/yr | $105/mo ($1,260/yr) | $1,764/yr | $195/mo ($2,340/yr) |
| 10 people | $2,280/yr | $350/mo ($4,200/yr) | $5,880/yr | $650/mo ($7,800/yr) |
Calculated from pandadoc.com/pricing as shown on September 30, 2026: Starter $19 per seat per month billed annually or $35 monthly, Business $49 per seat per month billed annually or $65 monthly. Enterprise is quoted, so it is left out. Usage credits and add-ons are extra.
For a three-person team sending proposals, the realistic number is Business: $1,764 a year billed annually, or $2,340 a year month to month. At ten people it is $5,880 to $7,800 a year. That is ordinary software economics if the whole agreement, from quote to signature to payment, runs through PandaDoc. It is a lot to pay if what you mostly do is send a proposal and wait for the reply.
The fit
Who PandaDoc is right for
This is not a takedown. PandaDoc does more than send documents, and for a clear set of teams it is the right tool at a fair price.
You need signatures
E-signatures are on every PandaDoc plan, free included, with signing order and an audit trail. If a contract has to be signed at the end of the flow, PandaDoc does that job and Pagelive does not.
You sell from a price list
Pricing tables, a product catalog and payment collection come with Business, and CPQ with Enterprise. A sales team that quotes line items and collects the first payment in the same document gets real value here.
Contracts run through a team
Approval workflows, a shared content library, CRM integrations and deal rooms are built for several people touching one agreement. That is what the per-seat price pays for.
The other case
If you write proposals with AI and do not need e-signatures
Many people now write the proposal in Claude or ChatGPT, often as a finished web page, and what they need next is simple: send it on their own brand, keep it private, and know when the client reads it. Signing happens later, on a separate contract. For that job, turning the proposal into a PandaDoc document and paying per seat for e-signature, CPQ and payments you do not use is the expensive route.
Pagelive does that one job. You publish the proposal from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex or Claude Code, with an API key, or by dropping in the HTML file, and you get a link on your own domain. It is noindex by default and can take a password or an email gate. You get an email when it is opened, with how long they read, and the client can comment, suggest wording, and press Approve or Request changes on the page. A reply form can sit on the page too. Pricing is flat: Free for 2 public pages. Solo is $15/mo or $150/yr, and Team is $49/mo or $490/yr for up to 10 people.
| PandaDoc | Pagelive | |
|---|---|---|
| 1 person | $588/yr (Business, annual)* | $150/yr (Solo) |

| 10 people | $5,880/yr (Business, annual)* | $490/yr (Team) |
| Price model | Per seat* | Flat: one person, or up to 10 on Team |
