For consultants and fractional execs
For consultants: send the proposal as a link, and know when it’s read.
Free for 2 public pages. Start your 10-day trial. $15/mo after, cancel anytime.
The job
One person, one client, one document that has to land
Write it with your AI
The proposal, the audit, the board memo: drafted in Claude or ChatGPT as one HTML page, in your structure and your colors. You review every number.
Send one private link
Publish it on your own domain, behind a password or a verified email when the content is sensitive. The client opens it in any browser, no account.
Know when it is read
An email when the client opens it, with how long they read (Solo). Revise at the same link after the call; nothing to re-send.
The page your client receives
A proposal that looks like yours, on your domain
The alert
The email that tells you to call now
Engagement
See who is engaged, deal by deal
Confidential by default
Your pricing stays between you and the client
Noindex by default
Every page tells Google not to list it. A client draft with your day rate in it does not show up in search.
Password or verified email
Lock a page with a password (stored hashed, we can’t see it) or ask for a verified email, so every open has a name.
Your domain, no badge
Send proposals.yourname.com/northwind instead of a tool’s address. Solo includes up to 5 custom domains and removes the badge.
Built it somewhere else?
Notion, Framer, Canva or Gamma: what each can do privately
Notion has no per-page password; a published page is public to anyone with the link. Framer locks a whole site, not one page. Canva gates websites behind Pro, and Gamma keeps its badge and has no password on the free tier. If the page lives in that tool for good, use the tool’s own gate.
If it is a one-off you need to send, export it, publish the HTML on Pagelive and send that link instead: password or verified email, off Google, and you find out whether the client opened it. One thing to avoid either way: a password that runs in the browser is not protection, because the content is still in the page source. The check has to happen on the server, before the page is sent. Frequently asked
A way to send the proposals, audits and reports you write with AI as private, branded links instead of PDF attachments. Each link can sit on your own domain, behind a password or a verified email, and you get an email when the client opens it, with how long they read.
Send it as a tracked link. On Free you see a view count and get one email on the first open. On Solo, Pagelive emails you when the page is opened and shows opens, unique viewers, reading time, country and which days. With a recipient link for each person, or a verified email at the door, you also see who it was. A PDF attachment gives you none of this.
Publish the page on Pagelive and switch on a password, or ask for a verified email instead. The check happens on the server before the page is sent, so the content is not in the page source. The page is noindex by default, so it stays off Google even without a password.
Yes, if you can export it. Notion has no per-page password, Framer locks only whole sites, and Canva and Gamma keep passwords to their paid plans. Export to HTML (or ask Claude to rebuild the page as HTML from your export), publish it on Pagelive, and send that link.
Yes, on Solo, once you switch comments and approvals on for that page (both are off by default). The client confirms their email once, or comes in through a recipient link, then can comment on a sentence or an element, suggest exact wording, and press Approve or Request changes above the page. An approval is a decision on the page, not an e-signature: keep your e-sign tool for the contract.
Free covers 2 public pages with a view count and an alert on the first open. Solo is $15/mo or $150/yr: unlimited pages, passwords, custom domains, open alerts by email and full analytics, with a 10-day trial.
