Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pagelive (the “Service”), operated by Livesysx OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (EU), registration number 14744997, VAT EE102337053 (“Pagelive”, “we”, “us”). Please read them carefully.
We provide these Terms for transparency about how the Service works and who is responsible for what. They are not legal advice. If anything here affects your business — particularly the rules around collecting other people’s data in section 7 — you should consider getting your own legal advice.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, publishing a page, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Description of the service
Pagelive lets you publish HTML pages — such as proposals, decks, demos, and prototypes — as branded, trackable, optionally password-protected links. Published content is served on pagelive.site (or your own custom domain on paid plans), and the Service provides view analytics, page management, optional email gates for collecting viewer emails, and an MCP connector for publishing from compatible AI tools.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 16 (or 18 where required by local law) and able to form a binding contract.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@pagelive.io of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You are solely responsible for what you publish. You must not use the Service to create, host, distribute, or link to:
- phishing, credential-harvesting, deceptive, or fraudulent content;
- malware, viruses, or any malicious or harmful code;
- illegal content, or content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others;
- spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or content that promotes such activity;
- impersonation of any person, brand, or organisation; or
- any content that violates applicable law or these Terms.
We may scan published content for abuse, and we may disable, block, or take down any page and suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe violates this policy — including via one-flip edge takedown — with or without notice. Report abuse to hello@pagelive.io.
5. User content and ownership
You retain all ownership of the HTML and other content you publish (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, cache, reproduce, and serve your User Content solely to operate and provide the Service. This licence is limited to running the Service: we do not claim ownership of your User Content, we do not use it to train any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, and we do not sell it or license it to third parties. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any law. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for backing it up.
6. Custom domains
On paid plans you may connect a custom domain so your pages serve from your own address. You represent that you own or are authorised to use any domain you connect, and you remain responsible for your domain’s registration and DNS. To keep custom domains reliable we run periodic reachability checks; a domain that repeatedly fails these checks may be disconnected and, after a further period, archived, as described in our documentation. You can reconnect a domain that becomes reachable again.
7. Email gates and the data you collect
The Service lets you turn on an email gate that asks viewers to enter — and optionally verify — their email address before they view a page. This is comparable to building a signup form, scheduling page, or newsletter form with another tool. Where you use this feature:
- You are the data controller for the emails and any related information you collect, and Pagelive acts only as your processor, handling that data on your instructions to provide the Service.
- You warrant that you have a lawful basis to collect those emails and to contact the people behind them, and that you will give those people any privacy notice or disclosure they are owed.
- You will comply with all applicable laws when collecting, storing, and using that data and when contacting those people — including, where they apply to you, the GDPR, the ePrivacy rules, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and other data-protection, anti-spam, and marketing laws.
- You are responsible for honouring data-subject requests (such as access or deletion) about the data you collect, and for any consent wording you add to the gate. The gate shows viewers a notice that their email is shared with you, the page owner; any optional consent checkbox copy is yours and your responsibility.
Pagelive does not assume any controller obligations for the emails you collect, and does not take on any marketing-consent or notification duties toward the people whose data you collect — those duties are yours. We do not use collected emails for our own purposes, do not sell them, and do not use them to train any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models; we process them only to operate the Service for you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Livesysx OÜ from any claim, demand, fine, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of email gates or any other data-collection feature, including any failure to have a lawful basis, to provide required notices, to honour data-subject requests, or otherwise to comply with applicable law in respect of the data you collect or the messages you send.
8. Plans, billing, and cancellation
- The Service offers a Free plan and paid plans (such as Pro). Some features are limited to paid plans.
- Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring basis for the interval you choose (for example monthly or annual). They auto-renew each period until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain paid access until then.
- Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
- We may change pricing prospectively; we will give reasonable notice before changes affect your renewals.
9. Service availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. At this stage we do not offer a uptime or availability guarantee, and the Service may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or for any other lawful reason. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your User Content and any data we hold on your behalf, subject to our retention practices.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Livesysx OÜ and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Livesysx OÜ from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right. This is in addition to the specific indemnity for email gates and data collection in section 7.
14. Changes to the terms and the service
We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, where changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia (EU), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Estonia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
