AI proposal software
AI proposal software that sends what you already wrote with AI.
You wrote the proposal in Claude or ChatGPT, and it is good. Pagelive sends it as one branded link on your own domain, behind a password or a verified email when it matters, tells you when the client opens it, and lets them comment and approve on the page. No template editor, no rebuilding.
Free for 2 public pages. Start your 10-day trial. $15/mo after, cancel anytime.
The short answer
Two kinds of AI proposal software
The first kind is a proposal editor with AI inside: you pick a template, the AI fills in sections, and the proposal lives in that tool, usually alongside e-signature, quotes and CRM sync. It suits a sales team sending many proposals from shared templates.
The second kind is newer. You write the whole proposal in a general AI assistant, Claude or ChatGPT, as a finished web page, then use a sending tool to deliver and track it. Nothing gets copied into a template, and what you built is exactly what the client sees. Pagelive is that sending tool: a private, branded, tracked link for the proposal you already wrote.
How it works
From a Claude chat to a tracked proposal in three steps
Write it where you already work
Ask Claude or ChatGPT for the proposal as a single HTML page: scope, timeline, pricing, your brand colors. Review it, correct it, iterate until it reads like you.
Publish it as a link
Paste the HTML, drop the file, or say “publish this” in Claude with the Pagelive connector. The page goes live on your own domain, private by default.
Send it, and know when it lands
An email tells you when the client opens it and how long they read. Revise the proposal at the same link; nothing to re-send.
The difference
Rebuild it in an editor, or send what you wrote?
A proposal editor asks you to move the AI draft into its blocks. That is fine for a team working from shared templates. For one consultant writing a tailored proposal in Claude, it is an extra afternoon.
Rebuilt in a proposal editor
- → Copy the draft into a template, section by section
- → Layout limited to the blocks the editor offers
- → Usually priced per seat
- → Strong at e-signature, quotes and CRM sync
Sent as a Pagelive link
- ✓ The page you built is the page they see
- ✓ Charts, tabs and calculators stay interactive
- ✓ One flat price, unlimited pages on Solo
- ✓ No e-signature: keep your e-sign tool for the contract

After you send
Know when the proposal is read
Silence after a proposal means they have not opened it, or they are passing it around. Pagelive tells you which: an email when the page is opened, with how long they read, plus unique viewers, country and which days. With a verified email, or a recipient link for each person, you see who it was.

- Mon 16:40

- Wed 09:18

Your move: follow up while it circulates
After they read
The client comments on the proposal. Claude revises it.
Questions about scope arrive on the paragraph they are about, not in a reply-all thread. The client can suggest the exact wording of a clause and approve the proposal on the page. You apply a suggested edit in one click, or Claude reads the comments and applies the changes at the same link.

Keep control
Private, branded, and answerable
Password or verified email
Lock the proposal with a password, or ask for a verified email first (a one-time code, or Google sign-in) when you want to know exactly who read it.
Your own domain
Send proposals.yourstudio.com/acme instead of a tool’s address. The link reads like it came from you, because it did.
Kept off Google
Every page is noindex by default and served separately from your account and billing.
A reply on the page
Add a plain form to the proposal and the client’s “let’s proceed” lands in your inbox, next to the page’s stats.
Pricing
What it costs
Free for 2 public pages. Solo is $15/mo or $150/yr for everything on this page, with unlimited proposals. Team is $49/mo per workspace for up to 10 people.

No. You write it with the AI you already use. Pagelive publishes the finished page as a branded, private link, tells you when it is opened, and lets you update it at the same address.
No. If the proposal needs a legally binding signature, keep your e-signature tool for that step. Many people send the proposal as a tracked Pagelive link and the contract through their e-sign tool once the client says yes.
You get an email when the page is opened, with how long they read. The dashboard shows opens, unique viewers, reading time, country and which days. With a verified email, or a recipient link for each person, you also see who opened it.
Yes, on Solo and Team. Switch comments on for the page and the client can comment on any sentence, element or area, suggest the exact wording, and press Approve or Request changes in the bar above the page. You get an email for each, apply a suggested edit in one click, and Claude can read the comments and revise the proposal at the same link. An approval is a decision, not an e-signature.
No. The link opens in any browser. They only see a password or email prompt if you added one, and to comment they confirm their email once, with a one-time code or Google, unless they already did at the gate or came through their own recipient link.
