What it does

What the Pagelive connector does

Six shipped tools that let Claude run your Pagelive pages — publish, update, list, report, and find your workspaces and domains — all from inside the chat.

publish_page

Publish HTML as a live, branded link — noindex by default, with an optional password.

update_page

Re-publish your edits to the SAME link — the URL never changes. Version history keeps your prior edits.

list_pages

List the pages you’ve published in your workspace — titles, slugs, and links.

get_page_stats

Pull the numbers: opens, unique viewers, dwell time, country, and referrer.

list_workspaces

List your workspaces — handy when you publish into more than one brand or team space.

list_form_submissions

Read the replies a page collected — add a plain reply form to a proposal and ask Claude “did anyone respond?”

list_domains

List the custom domains on your workspace, so Claude can publish straight onto your own domain.

Connector facts

2-minute setup

Install the connector (2 steps)

It’s a remote, hosted MCP server — nothing to download. Custom connectors require a paid Claude plan.

1

Add the connector URL

In Claude.ai, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, and paste the Pagelive connector URL.

2

Authorize with your Pagelive account

Claude sends you through a one-time OAuth sign-in. Approve it, and the Pagelive tools appear in your chat — scoped to your own workspace’s pages only.

The free plan works with the connector. Custom domains and unlimited password-protected pages come with Founding.

The flow

Publish a page from Claude

Paste or build the HTML in Claude as you normally would. Then just ask Claude to publish it — the connector hands it to Pagelive, which returns the live link. No export, no re-upload, no copy-paste.

Update the same link / check stats from Claude

Re-publish edits to the same URL — the link never changes, and version history keeps your prior edits (full restore with Founding). Pull the numbers by asking Claude.

Example Claude prompts

Once the connector’s in, these just work. Swap in your own page names and passwords.

prompts
  • Publish this artifact as a private page, password-protect it with “acme-2026”.
  • Update my pricing page with these changes — keep the same link.
  • How many people opened my Q2 proposal?
  • List my published pages.
  • Publish this and put it on my custom domain.
  • Show me the dwell time for my pitch deck.

Why a Pagelive link

Why a Pagelive link beats a public share

A quick public share link is fine for something throwaway — but client work needs to be on your own domain, lockable with a password, kept out of Google, and trackable so you know who opened it. The Pagelive connector gives you all four, straight from the chat.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

The connector won’t authorize? +

Custom connectors require a paid Claude plan — confirm your Claude account is on a paid tier. Then re-check that you pasted the exact connector URL and finished the Pagelive OAuth sign-in in the popup. If the window was blocked, allow popups for Claude.ai and add the connector again.

I don’t see the tools. +

After authorizing, the Pagelive tools (publish_page, update_page, list_pages, get_page_stats, list_form_submissions, list_workspaces, list_domains) appear when Claude has the connector enabled for the conversation. Start a new chat, make sure the Pagelive connector is toggled on, and ask Claude to “list my published pages” to confirm it’s wired up.

Is my page public? +

No — every page Pagelive publishes is noindex by default, so search engines are told not to list it. Add a password for confidential work. Pages serve from an isolated content plane, walled off from your dashboard and billing.

Does the viewer need Claude? +

No. A Pagelive link opens in any browser — your client never needs Claude, an app, or a login (unless you’ve set a password on the page).

+ +

Connect Pagelive to Claude and publish your next artifact as a secure link.

Add the connector in 2 minutes. Free to start · noindex by default.
