Data Processing Agreement
If your company or your clients require a GDPR data-processing agreement, we offer one. Request it by email and we’ll send it back for countersignature.
What it covers
The short version
The DPA puts our existing privacy posture into a signable agreement. The substance matches what’s already published in our Privacy Policy.
Roles
For the page content and viewer data processed when you publish through Pagelive, you (or your company) are the controller and Pagelive (Livesysx OÜ, Estonia, EU) acts as your processor.
Sub-processing
Our primary sub-processor is Cloudflare — hosting, storage, and edge delivery — with primary data storage in the EU (Western Europe). The full, current sub-processor list is in our Privacy Policy.
No AI training, no resale
We do not use your page content, your viewers’ data, or collected emails to train AI or machine-learning models, and we do not sell them — the same commitments stated in our Privacy Policy.
Security & confidentiality
Pages serve from an isolated content plane, noindex by default, with optional password protection — on Cloudflare’s SOC 2 Type II infrastructure. Personnel access is limited and confidential.
Your instructions & assistance
We process personal data only on your documented instructions, assist with data-subject requests and breach notifications as the GDPR requires, and delete or return data at the end of the agreement.
This page is a summary for convenience, not legal advice; the signed agreement governs. See also our Terms, Privacy Policy, and security overview.
Request flow
How to request it
- 1 Email hello@pagelive.io with the subject “DPA request”, from the email on your Pagelive account.
- 2 Include your company’s legal name and registered address (they go into the agreement).
- 3 We send the agreement back for countersignature — usually within a few business days.
Frequently asked
Who needs a DPA with Pagelive? +
If you use Pagelive in a business context to publish pages containing (or collecting) personal data — for example client proposals or pages with an email gate — the GDPR expects a data-processing agreement between you (the controller) and Pagelive (the processor). Many client and vendor-review processes ask for one.
How do I get the DPA signed? +
Email hello@pagelive.io with the subject “DPA request” from the address on your Pagelive account, and include your company name and registered address. We send back the agreement for countersignature — usually within a few business days.
Where is my data stored? +
Primary storage is in the EU (Western Europe) on Cloudflare infrastructure, with pages served from Cloudflare’s global edge network. Where a sub-processor handles data outside the EEA, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses — see the Privacy Policy for details.
